Your order will be carefully managed and delivered by our dedicated sales and delivery team. They ensure timely delivery, assist with product setup, and provide consultations on your purchased items, including usage demonstrations.

Delivery timeframe:

Expect delivery within 7-10 business days. We coordinate scheduled delivery according to your availability and offer in-home product setup and demonstration. Delivery typically spans about 30 minutes, contingent on your order and required demonstration.

This shopping site exclusively uses a single courier service for deliveries. No other delivery services are accepted. International shipments are beyond our scope. Note that cancellation is not possible once dispatch has occurred.

Important notes:

For cancellations, contact customer service within one hour post-order if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

• Cancellations can't be processed after dispatch.

Order surges, stock shortages, or timing around holidays may cause delays. Your understanding is appreciated. Goods will be returned if delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence.

Special note: Credit card payments cover any taxes on our end. Online payment orders, such as those via credit card, may incur a cancellation fee; please reach out to customer service for refunds.
