Product Inspection Upon Delivery
After receiving your order, please inspect the product for defects or shipping errors before use.
Should you require a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns will trigger refund processing within 24 hours of approval.

Refund Timeline
A confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete.
Refund receipt times vary by payment method and financial institution:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 1-15 business days

Expired Payment Cards
For security, refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment card.
If your original card has expired:

1. Contact your card issuer (bank/financial institution)

2. The issuer will facilitate receipt of funds

Refund Amount Discrepancies
Variations may occur due to:

1. Bank processing fees

2. Exchange rate fluctuations between payment/refund dates

3. Instalment processing fees (where applicable)

4. Refunds being based on actual amount paid (not listed price)

• Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
